Case Study · iGaming / AI Software
Cevro’s visibility in ChatGPT reached 28.3% across 10 tracked prompts between August 8 and October 4, 2026, starting from 0%. Google clicks also grew to 432 from 23 in a separate year-over-year comparison. The results span an ongoing SEO and AI-search engagement that began in August 2025.
The starting point
Cevro develops AI support agents for casino, sportsbook and sweepstakes operators. Its agents manage player conversations across bonuses, identity verification and KYC, payments, and responsible gambling.
The buying audience includes support, VIP, payments and compliance leaders at licensed operators. These teams are a narrow market, and they increasingly use Google and ChatGPT to find AI support products designed for iGaming.
In August 2025, Cevro recorded just 7 Google clicks and 177 impressions. ChatGPT measurement began almost a year later and returned an initial visibility reading of 0%.
The engagement
Cevro’s SEO and answer engine optimization engagement started on August 17, 2025. The pages showing the strongest progress included a sector-specific solution page, a product page and content written for operators.
01
The /solutions/igaming page was among the strongest performers. It also became one of Cevro’s leading destinations for AI referrals.
02
The /products/cevro-scribe product page was another notable gainer and a leading AI-referral landing page.
03
Operator-focused blog content was also among the areas gaining ground during the engagement.

What comes next
01
AI answers identified a limited number of public reviews as a gap. Stronger public evidence is a stated priority for improving visibility on prompts where Cevro already appears.
02
AI answers also flagged pricing clarity. Addressing that uncertainty is another stated opportunity to strengthen Cevro’s existing prompt visibility.
03
With most Google clicks still branded, category terms remain the next area for search growth.
Data comes from Google Search Console for sc-domain:cevro.ai and AtomicAGI, including GA4-based AI-referral reporting. The reported data was reviewed on October 6, 2026.
